1st day of the tournament

• 8 am hall open
• 8.45 am Wrestlers, coaches, referees and volunteers are to be present in the sports centre
• 9 am Meeting of coaches
• 9.30 am Meeting of referees
• 9.45 am Line up the participants in the long corridor in country order
• 10 am Participants parading in country order
• 10.30 am Opening tournament
• 10.45 am Beginning of the matches
• 7 pm End of the 1st day of the tournament

2nd day of the tournament

• 8 am hall open
• 9 am Beginning of the matches
• 3 pm End of the 2nd day of the tournament
• 3.15 pm prize-giving ceremony for individual and club prizes
• 5 pm End of the tournament

Rules at the event

• No more than two coaches allowed at the wrestling mat
• Wrestlers and coaches are not allowed to enter the arena until just before the match
• Supporters and unauthorised persons are to remain behind the boarding
• Access to the arena is for authorised personnel only (wearing a wristlet)

Registration

• Wrestlers, coaches and referees will receive admission tickets for the two days of the tournament
• Lost tickets are replaced after paying the full admission fee
• Coaches will be given a wristlet
• The admission fee for supporters is € 7.00 for each day
• Wrestlers, coaches and referees will use a separate entrance to the building

General rules

• No smoking in the tournament hall
• No glass will be allowed in the tournament hall
• Do not litter: deposit waste into the rubbish bins only
• Use the toilets in a responsible manner; do not soil these facilities
